ABVP Full-Timer — Organizing Secretary

In 1996, Nelli Srivardhan Reddy made a significant commitment — he became a full-time ABVP worker, appointed as Organizing Secretary for Ranga Reddy and Prakasam districts. This was not a comfortable desk role. It meant traveling, organizing, convincing, and building — day after day, district after district.

He left personal comfort and stability behind to do work that most people would not even consider. No guaranteed income, no fixed hours, no certainty — just a belief that student organization was essential for the future of the nation.

During this period he organized state-level ABVP conferences, conducted youth leadership programs, and expanded the organization's presence at the grassroots level across two major districts of Telangana.
